BACK ORDERS AND DROP SHIPMENTS We have almost everything in stock. But if for some reason the parts you need are on back order for more than a few days, you will be notified. If it can save time, we may drop ship from the manufacturer. |

PRODUCT GUARANTEE All fiberglass components carry a 90 day warranty from the date of shipment from our plant, against workmanship and materials. Glass Action has the right to repair or replace the item at our discretion. All other products are subject to the manufacturers warranty. |
RETURN POLICY Any returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Parts that have been installed will not be returnable. Please call for return authorization before you send the item back. The customer is responsible for all freight to and from Glass-Action, Prescott, AZ. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. |
DAMAGE CLAIMS All damage claims from shipping must be handled through the carrier that delivered the order. Please notify us if you have a claim, so we can make sure you are taken care of quickly. |
